The Concept
Every release
has a colour.
LAPS Recordings is an underground techno label from Germany, started as a passion project among friends. We believe techno isn’t black and white – it’s a spectrum. So every release we put out carries one of four colours, each standing for a different side of the sound. See the colour, know the vibe.
Gold
Hard Techno
Red
Peak Time Techno
Blue
Melodic Techno
Purple
Deep Techno & Breaks
Various Artists
Once a year, all colours meet on our annual “LAPS Round” compilation.
Silver
Every December: the Founders EP, made by the people who started it all.
